Precision-machined parts for every machine that moves — off-road, on-track, at sea, or in the field. From rod ends to suspension arms, we make the part that makes it go.
We make the parts that go inside the machines you build — whether they race, work, or explore. Our components are designed for real-world punishment.

Rod ends, spherical bearings, control arms, steering kits, wheel spacers, chassis fabrication parts, and vehicle protection accessories — CNC-machined in-house.

Founded in 1999 as Shanghai Yong Zheng Bearing Co., Ltd. and rebranded as SYZ Machine in 2012, we bring 26 years of manufacturing expertise to vehicle builders worldwide. We specialize in precision suspension, steering, drivetrain, and body components for off-road rigs, ATV/UTVs, race cars, and marine applications.
Operating from our 35,000 sq.ft. facility, we produce over 15,000 parts daily. By keeping CNC machining, heat treatment, and quality control entirely in-house, we eliminate middleman markup and deliver field-proven reliability directly to OEMs in 20+ countries.
Email us a drawing (DXF/STEP/PDF), a physical sample, or even just a rough description. We’ll ask the right engineering questions and come back with a real quote — not a ballpark.
Response: 24 hrsWe machine pre-production samples for fitment and quality validation. Stock samples are free; custom parts require an upfront tooling fee that is fully credited back on your bulk order.
4–6 weeks30% deposit starts the run. You’ll get weekly photos and progress updates. CMM measurement records are taken mid-production. No batch leaves the floor without dimensional sign-off.

Yes. We accept 2D drawings (DXF/DWG/PDF) and 3D files (STEP/IGES). We also reverse-engineer from physical samples. Our engineers review your design for manufacturability and suggest improvements before production.
Structural steel, chrome-moly (4130/4340), stainless steel (303/304/316L/17-4PH), 6061-T6 / 7075-T6 aluminium, titanium alloys, and engineering plastics for bushings and spacers.
Black oxide, zinc plating, nickel plating, hard chrome plating, hard anodizing (Type III), standard anodizing (Type II), powder coating, and Dacromet coating. Most processes are done in-house.
Yes. For standard in-stock parts, samples are free (freight covered by customer). For custom parts requiring new tooling, we charge an upfront tooling fee. This fee is 100% refunded or credited back once your subsequent bulk order meets our minimum volume requirement.
Wire transfer (T/T) and PayPal. Standard terms: 30% advance to start production, 70% balance before shipment. Long-term customers may arrange adjusted terms on request.
No. While automotive is our core, we supply parts for marine hardware, wind turbine pitch and yaw systems, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and industrial automation. If it pivots, slides, or oscillates, we likely make the part.
Send us your drawing, sample, or part number. We respond within 24 hours with engineering feedback, pricing, and a lead-time commitment — no vague estimates.
